President/CEO
Jim became President of Futures for Children in 1997 after serving on the Board of Directors of Futures for Children for eight and half years. Jim is the former President of Jim West Financial Group, Inc., Okom Interprises, Inc., and former Vice President for the American Indian National Bank of Albuquerque. Jim has twenty-nine years of experience in political and economic development with 104 Indian tribes and many Third World nations. Jim has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands in California and a Masters of Divinity from the Andover Newton Theological School in Massachusetts. Jim mentors a Futures' student. Tribal Affliation: Cheyenne.

Don Massey
Chief Operating Officer & CEO of the FFC American Indian Store
Don joined Futures for Children in 2003 to begin the FFC American Indian Store; he has many years of experience in retail management. Don's extensive management background includes purchasing, merchandising, marketing, finance, shipping, and operations. Don brings his knowledge and experience to the position of Chief Operating Officer at Futures for Children. Don has been a mentor since 1992 and has seen three of his mentor students through to graduation and onto post-secondary pursuits.

Nancy Puccetti
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy Puccetti, CPA is a native of Albuquerque who graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting in 1986 after which she spent 18 years in public accounting of which 10 years was auditing and advising non profit organizations. She was a controller for a profit entity for three years and has served as a Finance Director and CFO of non profit organizations for five years. Nancy brings a great deal of expertise in non profit accounting requirements to Futures for Children as well as a substantial understanding of tax issues for non profits.

Inkyung Kim
Vice President Of Development
Inkyung (Inky) Kim joins Futures for Children as Vice President of Development. She has 17 years of experience in fundraising and communications with various non-profits mainly in New York City plus 7 years as an educator. She has a bachelor's degree in education from New York University and a master's degree in management from Polytechnic University. Inky mentors a Futures' child.

Herbert Manheimer
Director, Program Field Staff
Herbert started as a Regional Coordinator and was promoted to Director, Program Services in September 2009. Herbert has extensive experience in education and Indian affairs, serving with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. His family is originally from Shonto, AZ. Herbert mentors a Futures' child. Arthur (Tony) Burnette
Database Manager
Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in New Mexico. At Futures, Tony is responsible for insuring all data collected and stored in the Futures' database is standardized and that the integrity of our data is maintained. He also works on developing all standardized forms used by the organization. Tony has developed Futures' Internal Website for report running and document control.

Debby De La Rosa
Director Program Administration
As Director, Debby works closely with Program Directors and Regional Coordinators to ensure successful program delivery to the Three Circles of Support. She has a background in corporate management, human resources, and information technology. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The University of Albuquerque in New Mexico and earned her Human Resources Certification from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management in New Mexico. Debby mentors a Futures' student. Tribal Affiliation: Jicarilla Apache.

Eric Manolito
Senior Regional Coordinator
Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Native American studies from Stanford University in California. His family is originally from Cuba, NM. Eric also serves as an Advisory Council Member for College Horizons, an organization assisting in preparing Native American students for college. As a Regional Coordinator, Eric is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing program volunteers. Eric mentors a Futures' child. Tribal Affiliation: Navajo.

Sandy Massey
Development Specialist
As the Senior Development Coordinator, Sandy works in all areas of Development including grantwriting. Sandy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University in Colorado. She has been a Futures' mentor since 1992 and is currently mentoring two students. She has seen three previously mentored students through to graduation and onto post-secondary pursuits.

Vicente studied US and World Politics and Latin American History at Brandeis Univeristy in Massachusetts. He received his Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Univeristy of Miami in Florida. Vicente has served as Manager of Hispanic Affairs for Burger King Corporation; Program Director of KSJV, and Field Office Director for United Farm Workers, AFL-CIO.

Nancy is a graduate of Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a BA in Music. Having lived in numerous places, her experience is varied from substitute teaching to office management and bookkeeping both for corporate and non profit organizations.

Elsa Rodriguez
PT Program Associate
Elsa has extensive experience in Office Administration, from working at the University Administrative level to Property Management and most recently in Corporate Management. She is originally from San Antonio, TX and has traveled and lived in California, South Dakota, Virginia, Florida and finally New Mexico. Elsa joined Futures for Children in 2011.

Winona Gishal
Regional Coordinator
Winona Gishal is of the Tangle Clan, born for Zuni Edge Water Clan, her maternal grandfathers are of the People Who Wonder Clan and her paternal grandfathers are of the Big Water Clan. She is originally from Lukachukai, Arizona. She has worked with youth programs such as Boys & Girls Club of Navajo Nation, 21st Century Programs, and Out of School Time Programs with Native American Community Academy. She has worked at Dine College a Higher Education Institute for the Dine Nation. Winona is a Regional Coordinator who gives Youth Leadership and Educational support to Navajo, Hopi, and Zuni Schools in Arizona and New Mexico.

Josalyn Williams
Regional Coordinator
Josalyn Williams joined Futures for Children in 2011 as a Regional Coordinator. Josalyn graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with B.A. in Legal Studies and Social Thought and Political Economy. Before joining Futures For Children, Josalyn worked for non-profits in Massachusetts and Washington D.C. and completed a year of service with AmeriCorps*VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America).

Patricia Herbert
Development Coordinator
Patricia has a background in communications with an emphasis in graphic design, copywriting, and photography. Her responsibilities at Futures for Children include creating marketing and promotional materials, event planning, and donor communications. Patricia studied advertising and marketing at Cincinnati State, and returned to school often throughout the years to stay current with changes in design technology.
